By registering and accepting MistyQ, Ltd. Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and all information and details provided are your accurate, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the Website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party. If we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.

Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do operate an email system so all emails will be dealt with in the order received.
During Stock Take there may be a slight delay in order processing but orders will still be delivered within advertised delivery times.

All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please re-check your order before submitting payment.
We accept payments by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard or by Paypal. Choco & Nourish, Ltd. will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated to your chosen method of payment.
Choco & Nourish, Ltd. no longer accepts payment by cheque.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed by management.
All prices are in GBP (£).
Choco & Nourish, Ltd. does not operate a price-matching policy.
Choco & Nourish, Ltd. does not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through PayPal, Inc. which is a secure sites.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. Choco & Nourish, Ltd. reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
In some circumstances, initial postage prices quoted at the time of ordering may not be sufficient to cover actual postage costs. Should this be the case, Choco & Nourish, Ltd. reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in the postage costs prior to fulfilling and dispatching the order.
Choco & Nourish, Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.
Choco & Nourish, Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw, restrict use of promotional codes, and restrict use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.
Once an order has been placed, Choco & Nourish, Ltd. are not able to guarantee that changes to an order can be made prior to the order being dispatched.
Choco & Nourish, Ltd. reserves the right to leave blank any gift cards which are deemed to contain offensive or inappropriate language.
If Choco & Nourish, Ltd. is unable to fulfill part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable, we will try to offer an alternative item or we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. Choco & Nourish, Ltd. will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
Dispatch and Delivery Information
Please notify Choco & Nourish, Ltd. if your UK order which was dispatched by Standard, Express or Next Day Delivery has not arrived after 5 working days, to enable us to investigate the matter with our couriers. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 10 working days. Failure to do so will prevent us from resolving the issue for you.
We use the Royal Mail Tracked Delivery service. Express Delivery in the UK takes 1 – 2 working days from the day of dispatch, Standard Delivery in the UK takes 3 – 4 working days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. See our Dispatch and Delivery Information page for up to date details of our expected order fulfilment time.
The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels which take over 5 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery as ‘Delayed’. After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as ‘Lost’. In the unlikely event this occurs, you will either receive a full refund or the option to have your goods dispatched to you again.
UK ‘Next Day Delivery’ can be ordered up until 11am GMT Monday to Friday for delivery to a UK address the next working day. Please, note we cannot deliver on UK Bank Holidays; please plan accordingly.
During periods of severe weather conditions (floods, gales and snow) all of our delivery methods may take longer than expected. We advise all of our customers to plan their orders with plenty of time, especially when forces beyond our control come in to play.
Within the UK, the Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £20.
Standard Delivery price on all orders under £20 is £3.90. Price for Express Delivery is £5.00. UK Next Day Delivery by 1pm is £7.00.

Any customs charges that may be applicable to international orders are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid by Choco & Nourish, Ltd. Any recovery costs associated to non-collected orders may be met by the customer and refunds for uncollected items may not be made.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given Choco & Nourish, Ltd. express permission to do so.
Choco & Nourish, Ltd. shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

Where possible, we try to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days, the customer will be informed of all progress.
